At ENA, we are passionate about providing quality domiciliary care and have been for over a decade. Our carers are the reason we can provide such high-quality care, and we strive to handpick people who really fit with our company ethos and values.
We are committed to ensuring you have a fulfilling and rewarding career with us and we promise to support you every step of the way. We are excited to help you find the perfect job with ENA.
We believe in enabling our clients to achieve a high level of independence by providing high-quality, person-centred care, and using the ‘mum’ test in everything we do.
We ensure everyone’s needs are fostered by applying good listening skills, a caring nature and showing compassion and empathy for every one of our clients.
We always aspire to greater things, by listening to feedback and using the things we learn to build on our services.
A domiciliary care job is not your typical 9 to 5 role – it requires a special kind of person who always has the interests of others at heart. You have the opportunity to get to know your client on a personal level, often visiting the same person day to day, which is one of the things that can make domiciliary care so rewarding.
Being a carer for ENA is a demanding but also highly-rewarding career. Without domiciliary carers, people who wish to live independently, or people who need specialist assistance, would be unable to.
We consider our staff to be ‘care champions’ who promote dignity in care at all times, and we are really proud of all our ENA carers. They are the very heart of our company and we would be nowhere today without them. It is a career where no two days are ever the same and will introduce you to interesting and inspirational individuals. It is also highly flexible around your life and commitments.
If you are caring, empathetic, respectful, dedicated & committed, we would love to hear from you.
